What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a natural form of primary healthcare that utilizes the bodies innate ability to heal itself. The human body is a self-healing and self-regulating organism. The brain and nervous system control and coordinate all organs, tissues, and cells of the body. To obtain optimal health, your nervous system must function well. For you nervous system to function well it must be free from interference. A sublaxation, a spinal misalignment, can cause interference with the nervous system and its coordination of the body. There are three forms of stress: physical, chemical and emotional that can cause sublaxations.
Chiropractic adjustments restore spinal function by removing nerve interference and allowing optimal nervous system functino and overall improved health.

Dr. Wilson completed his degree in Chiropractic medicine from Logan University in St. Louis Missouri, in 2000. He has been running one of the most successful multidisciplinary clinics in the K-W Cambridge area ever since. Dr. Wilson believes in a holistic approach to better health, starting with the foundation of a healthy nervous system. His focus on better nutrition and living with the absence of medication is evident in his lifestyle both in and out of work. He values a healthy lifestyle where there is direction, purpose and inspiration towards better living.
For the past four years, Dr. Wilson has been presenting his philosophies to some of the biggest corporations in the Cambridge area. His professional lifestyle and wellness workshops have been given much praise and have generated very positive responses by those who attend.
Dr. Wilson is now also a co-partner with Fuzion Fitness in Cambridge. The athletic centre is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation, which will continue the latest in fitness and holistic health.
Dr. Lindsay Grieve’s interest in chiropractic was ignited at a young age. She sought chiropractic care in her early teens to help with her chronic headaches. After a few adjustments her health dramatically improved which launched her passion for the chiropractic profession.
Dr. Lindsay Grieve graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2006 cum laude. She has been practicing at Wilson Health Services since 2007. She truly believes that health comes from within and focuses her practice on total body wellness. Nutrition, exercise, stress reduction and a sound nervous system are key foundations taht she incorporates into her practice.
In 2011, Dr. Lindsay Grieve co-founded an on-line continuing education website for chiropractors. TheDCCE.com is Canada’s first website dedicated solely to chiropractic contiuing education.
In the summer of 2012 Dr. Lindsay Greive hosted her first show on RogersTV called Mind Matters. The show examines a variety of mental health topics, and is a great resource for mental health tips and where to turn to for help and support in the community. Dr. Lindsay continues her presence in television media and joined the cast of correspondents on Grand River Living as of September 2012. The show highlights food, fashion, health and entertainment in the region of Wellington County.
